Depends how I feel. A little Gatorade is enough when I feel I need something but usually anything less than 2 hours, Im good unless Im really pushing.

Bro, thats literally the definition of a hiccup
Ive found two miles to be the sweet spot while Im hitting the weights more. Any more than that and I start to feel like Im not recovering as well.
