Dont you understand that this admin and SCOTUS and the GOP apparatus do things between the lines and through shady work-arounds? Yeah, the Supreme Court isnt going to rule that the EO prevents it. However, what will happen instead is that Trump will make JD Vance dismiss the Electoral College electors from blue states that took mail in votes, and substitute their own. SCOTUS will say that although the EO doesnt prevent mail in votes, JD Vance has the legal authority to dismiss the electors and therefore they cant stop it. They will find some fucking grey area to support Trumps illegal agenda and give it just enough cover to make it appear legitimate. Queue the right wing propaganda machine to start pumping out pieces about how the left is really the unconstitutional ones because they are going against SCOTUS and dont think the Vice President plays a role in declaring a winner.
