I’ve just started to consider “conservative” as an umbrella term for “people who have never been right, in the entire history of humanity.” I’ve asked hundreds of people to name something they consider “conservative” (whatever that means to them) were right about. I still have YET to hear a single, solitary thing conservatives have been right about, ever. They’re just simply wrong in any given situation and at every stage of history – which begs the question – WHY ARE WE STILL LISTENING TO, MUCH LESS ELECTING, THEM??? WHY?
