Him being the CEO makes the situation one that involves an imbalanced power dynamic. Hes also the face of the company so its much more salacious for him to have done this. That being said, she also bears responsibility and absolutely knew better. Imagine how ALL the underlings must feel, especially those that have had to deal with HR investigations for improper conduct? The vast majority of employees now think the entire leadership and HR department are total jokes and hypocrites. I cant even imagine how a company possibly regains trust and respect after something like this, but surely it will take a long time and a lot of effort, and she cant be part of it.
