I actually do get what you’re saying, I’m just an asshole troll. I don’t think there should be vigilantism murder is bad. But I do think, that Luigi, in particular, should be freed after a jury nullification or just a straight up not guilty verdict. I think the people should decide something of this magnitude. Laws are all open to interpretation, hence why there’s judges opinions on cases, and often those judges themselves disagree. Because of this, all crimes are looked at differently based of evidence and circumstances.
