I don’t know of any leftist clubs per se. I was a member at Ashland Gun Club for years and while I’m fairly certain they lean heavily to the right, they never said or behaved in any way that wasn’t inclusive. While I look like I could be “one of them” there was other members who were obviously more counter-culture and they were welcome there. I also want to give a plug to Black Flag Armory as far as local gun store, while they likely lean right they have always kept politics and opinions out of the shop, I’ve always felt welcome there or at the least not-unwelcome..
