I mean, like you said, it’s almost impossible to ban, and it’s almost impossible to create a truly non partisan (even algo/ai) 3rd party. But these guys don’t even attempt it. You’re right that there should def be advisors. Honestly there should be people that are paid extremely well to be as not partisan as we already expect a judge to be.
