I tend look out for roadkill and keep a 5 gallon bucket with lid in the back of my truck for it. I then throw the roadkill in my black soldier fly farm who’s larvae become snacks for my chickens. Circle of life. I know that’s not what you asked but that’s my roadkill prep. I also keep gloves, bags and rope, among many other things in my “get home” kit that’s always in the truck.
