I thought it was quite clear, but if further explanation is needed: You said: “if they wanted the population dead they would be.” 60,000+ are already dead. My question is, how many do you need there to be to consider this a genocide?

Israel's PM Benjamin Netanyahu says decision made for full occupation of Gaza

Yes, Trump is complicit and an enabler of Israel’s genocide in Gaza. However, we can’t forget that the Biden administration ran cover for Israel’s actions and provided tons of funding and material support for these war crimes. US involvement and support for Israel’s genocidal campaign is, unfortunately, bipartisan.
Well said. One of my biggest fears from a leftist/movement perspective is that the Trump administrations overt cruelty, childishness, and chaos will lead to a return to the cult of normalcy that led to Biden winning in 2020. Biden, who as I mention in my post promised that nothing will fundamentally change, was the avatar for normalcy. We can draw hope, though, from the reality that Biden only won the primary after a coordinated effort between the media and political establishment to thwart Sanders clear momentum.
