I am one of those good guys that women find so boring. No tattoos, no arrests, no violence, no Harley-Davidson. I don’t know why women prefer violent men, but they do.
It is gross. It’s the “Private Equity” market. It’s one of the things Governor Hochul is trying to stop. This is happening all around us. Whole sections of the city are owned by out-of-town corporations, nameless and faceless. Just like big apartment complexes, you drive by a city neighborhood not knowing that all the houses are owned by a greedy corporation.
