I’m not a coffee drinker. I was shocked to see that a frapuccino costs over $7! A friend told me once that ordinary coffee at home costs less than $1 a cup?

To his credit, I got that idea from Stephen Covey in his book “Seven Habits Of Highly Effective People”. It seems to me that refusing to accept that you have to do things when you don’t feel like them doing them keeps the self-help industry alive. Each new book offer the hope that there is a trick, a way around that.
