im not sure im in on ros or ever have been. feels good but not great to me. BUT youre right imo about the arifact perk making destab moot (at least for this season) i know were talking ARs here BUT the weapon in my arsenal that got the biggest boost from the artifact perk is my repuslor brace / frenzy recluse.
