In red states we absolutely have Christian Conservatism (aka Christian nationalism) on steroids. They are going after women for miscarriages for a start. Also, our Secretary of Defense reposted a video arguing against womens right to vote. Thats why I roll my eyes when womens rights are used as a critique for Islamic countries while being eroded here.
