It had issues since I drove it off the lot. Test drive was fine beforehand. Check engine light came on on my way home from the dealership. Ended up being a bad battery. Found out it had really bad death wobble because the suspension is shot. Told by one shop I had a broken upper ball joint, but dealership said otherwise. Got that on paper. Then a month later temp issues. Changed thermostat and that fixed it. Then about 2 months in the steering dampener completely died and had to buy a new one. Then the day of my son’s bday and the day I had a lecture at my state zoo the water pump went out. Replaced that and the thermostat again. Then a month later the temp would rise when accelerating, but cool when idle. Shop did a coolant flush and found a bubble, said it was good to go, and when driving home the issue was still present. I’ve used my 3 free tows for the year on this jeep in 4 months. Dealer said and I quote “engine is great. Runs and drives very good.” It’s quite the opposite.
