It’s a balancing act for sure. I’m 54 and prior to my knee issues getting serious I wasn’t on any pharmaceuticals at all. Since then and the surgery they’ve been adding up and now I’m working on getting the meds back down. I’m pretty certain the pain levels caused the most serious BP spike I went through. I’m back to healthy BP but still using losartin to keep it in check. Once the pain is gone I’d like to leave the losartin behind. Best of health and healing to you.
