Its a guise. Its not about protecting the sanctity of the zygote, its about forcing birth and controlling women. We know this because if they actually gave a shit about the zygotes they would take the proven steps to prevent unwanted pregnancies, especially teen pregnancies, such as teaching comprehensive sex education, and making birth control access easy and affordable. Yet for some reason the venn diagram of people who describe themselves as pro-life and the people against those things is just a circle. It also goes without saying they dont give a fuck about protecting the children once they are born. Not from poverty, not from hunger, not from school shootings. If they at least had some consistency and were genuine about their supposed ideals, I might have a little respect for it. But they are wholly disingenuous and prove it daily.
