I’ve got a Staffordshire / Ridgeback and she keeps my homestead free from almost all rodentia, specifically ground squirrels, she slays them. Her first year here she killed 11, now it’s an average of 3-4 a year. The carcasses go into my black soldier fly farm and their larvae become snacks for my hens. Circle of life over here. My cacti are on the front porch for the summer (not fenced in) and I’ve been seeing squirrels digging around my plants on the last few weeks. I had no idea they eat Pedro’s until the last few days from this sub, now super paranoid, been checking daily to see if they’re getting munched. Ready to move them back into the house if they start getting raided.
