I’ve had a 91 since the first time he was in raids and I still haven’t invested XL yet. Hasn’t made much difference tbh.

I would say it’s more important to level up max moves than getting from 40 to 50.
No, it was a waste of the budget, imo. IF in fact it was part of the budget for the figure, if not I still never used them so it makes zero difference to me.
