I’ve seen loads of videos and have had 5 large pylar cysts removed from my head(wore a hat for years to hide them they were so big) and have NEVER seen a dermatologist take a chunk of skin that large to remove a cyst. That’s fucked up and could have been done with an oval incision. Gonna scar like hell.
