Lmao, no, my statement implies there needs to be a crime for someone to be arrested. That’s is, quite literally, the law. Do you know how being arrested works? The word suspicion is part of it, but that is not, in any way shape or form, the end of it. It needs to be reasonable suspicion of a crime. Crime being the key word. There must be a crime association with the word suspicion. Due process would be the part that you can not be arrested without a crime. It’s the first process that is due. Being arrested without a crime to be arrested for is illegal. You a cop? This one is pretty hard for them to wrap thier minds around as well.
