Remember the doctor that was doing all the experiments on Gemma? How he was involved with both the outie and innie? What does that remind you of? Maybe Cobel and Selvig with marks outie and innie? Ever wonder why the tree was in ms Caseys wellness room and why Cobel took great interest in their sessions?
