And you are an idiot for not even reading or understanding what I said. This is protected free speech. You have the right to protest in a traditional public forum. No law can be made that takes away that right. No law can be used to circumvent that right. If there is a law against burning, that’s fine. But this is literally protected by the constitution and the law against burning in public does not supercede the law that says you can burn a flag in protest in a traditional public forum.
