No/yes/doesnt matter. You see what they are saying is that liberals think its ok to modify the constitution with constitutional amendments to say, give women the right to vote. But those same, stupid, smelly, dumb liberals also think its bad if Trump unconstitutionally runs for a third term without a constitutional amendment being passed.
