Only if in its natural habitat as in location of US, and even then not really much to worry about since the mythical necrosis is extremely rare. Most bites go unnoticed and with almost no symptoms other than redness and irritation. Only about 5% of bites develop symptoms, and about 1% of those develop necrosis. All bites heal fully in 14 days minus the 1%. No one has ever died or lost a limb or even a finger from a BR bite. Source- I am a spider expert.
