OP, something youll notice is that Pittsburgh has all the big city stuff but only about 2/3 the population it shouldand thats TRUE. We lost a ton of folks when the steel industry collapsed in the 70sbut thats also why we have lots of cheap-ish older homes to fix up, less traffic than youd think, big schools/sports teams, etc. I think youll adore it here.
