Poor thing. I live on the 3rd floor with a balcony, my cat used to do purr-kour on the railing all the time, would make me so nervous. One day I couldn’t find her, and a neighbor called, said she found her collar called the number, but didn’t see the cat (it’s a breakaway collar). I went looking for her and found her under the stairs on the bottom floor, completely covered in spiderwebs and dust. She seemed shaken but fine. She’s never jumped up on the railing since!
