Poverty. That is the determining factor of being a criminal. You want to know why there are more fatherless homes in impoverished areas? Because of poverty. Because instead of helping people, we choose the most violent and destructive way of dealing with poverty; throw desperate people in prison with massive sentences.

Uhhhhh, yeah there is. Trump is loosing these lawsuits an awful lot. https://www.justsecurity.org/107087/tracker-litigation-legal-challenges-trump-administration/ The things about the law is… It is most definitely not blind, and it takes a long time. There is 148 open cases right now, and 22 have been ruled upon. Trump won 7 of those, and lost 15. He is losing at a rate of 2:1. That means they broke the law, and were stopped, 2 times out of 3 so far.
The first amendment says that you have a right to protest (what this obviously was) in a traditional public forum (which is where this was). No law can be made that takes away this right. If he did this in his driveway then maybe he could be arrested. But this is the constitutionally protected area for him to do this.
