Push for greater awareness and activism around the situation in Yemen the same way that folks are activating and pushing for change in relation to Israel’s actions in Palestine. Nothing prevents activism and outreach on multiple fronts.

The most conservative estimates indicate that Israel has killed at least 60,000 people in Gaza since October 7, 2023. Roughly 1,200 people were killed on that day. Have you ever heard of proportionality?
I’m not arguing that language and messaging don’t matter. They do. But the primary concern right now is the actions taken by Israel (with US support) that are leading to widespread death. In terms of hierarchy of concerns, genociding is more of an immediate concern than calling for genocide.
