That happened to me that year we got $3k lile 10 years ago. I KNOW I signed and was confirmed, and then I reminded friends to do theirs. Come PFD time, I got nothing, and at that time was next to homeless and relied on that. PFD office said I didn’t sign and wasn’t eligible for it even the next year. I screenshot my confirmations now and lock those in a secure folder.
