The blue in the first picture is cloud cover, not clear sky. I’m in Alaska and Venus isn’t that bright up here, it’s bright, but not that bright. And it wouldn’t be visible for a couple more hours. Then Jupiter and Mars follow respectively. Think about the layout of the pics and my description of views. Impossible for two people to look towards each other 20 miles apart and near the horizon and see the same star unless that star is in our atmosphere below the clouds. We would have both been looking Northeast to see Venus, but she is taking pics in the direction of where I’m coming from so we’re basically taking pics of each other from 20 miles away. Impossible to see Venus under these parameters.
