The dating apps don’t get you a relationship. They only allow you to interact with other possible candidates. Beyond that you are completely on your own. I have found that the dating apps give me an opportunity to practice my interaction and work on my self-esteem. Everything else you do – real life, meet up, church, volunteering – provides you exactly the same opportunities.
