There were a few instances, but the biggie was a green dragon (critical to the whole story) thats supposed to attack and then leave, flying away. The Barb managed to get swallowed, dragon takes off at high speed. Barb deploys the Rod from the dragons stomach, and disemboweled the thing out its ass in midair. So the BBEG was killed in Act 1 and the entire story was in ruins lol. CLEVER
