He’s been firing federal workers which is illegal, he’s been trying to shut down federal contracts that he has no right to shut down, he’s been using his justice department to go after his enemies and so on and so on. If anything he’s been MORE criminal since his first term when there were people in his administration that succeeded in stopping his worse impulses.
