What you are describing could be symptoms of depression. You might want to get that checked out. In the meantime make it a habit to clean for 5 minutes a day. Literally get and set a timer. You would be surprised what you can do in 5 minutes. The habit will lift some of the dread out about cleaning. Cumulatively your place will be cleaner soon.
