Coins, especially precounted rolls, are legal tender under the Coinage Act of 1965 and cannot be refused as legal tender. Private businesses are exempt and have the right to refuse. Walmart is not a private business.
Shazaam is what got me started down the hole. I vividly recall choosing that over Kazaam at Blockbuster because Shaq wasn’t as funny as Sinbad.
