You really dont know Abbott then. He operates on his own morals, not the stereotypical gop garbage.
Mine did. He lived, it was pricey since he blocked twice within 6 months. Hes on special food and has gone 5 years now without issue. I also give him water in his dry food (1Tbsp measured) with breakfast. I read somewhere ages ago that the risk is higher if you neuter them too early but cant find that exact paper quickly to cite.
