Yea, it was an issue when I was younger and believed I could fix things but the other persons toxicity will rub off on you until you leave. As soon as you recognize they aren’t able to help their bad behavior, dip.

Bro, thats literally the definition of a hiccup
Ive found two miles to be the sweet spot while Im hitting the weights more. Any more than that and I start to feel like Im not recovering as well.
