Yea not opposed to paying taxes at all, but not trying to pay unnecessary taxes. I bought my first home out west in 2019, 3 months before the pandemic hit. wasnt sure how long the good was gonna last, and was in not the greatest location so I took the cash while I knew it was being paid out. Def couldve waited another 6 months for sure. Either way I bought back into the market.
