Yes, it’s made with filo dough not flour or pancake mix. The three key ingredients are filo, feta and spinach. The recipe I make is a family recipe passed from my grandmother to my mother to me. I take a lot of pride in our heritage and recipes and seeing this post threw me off. OP’s recipe is a spinach pie at best, to call it spanikopita is an insult.
