You can get some wonderful replies in RFG. There are also a lot of people who will kick you when you open up, make assumptions, rubbish you etc. It happened to me once a number of years ago. That was the last time I had a deeply personal conversation here. There are a lot of unhappy and emotionally retarded people on Reddit who will be mean as shit to people for entertainment.

Try each suggestion if the one before it doesn’t make you feel more energetic and motivated to do things: Eliminate not getting a healthy amount of nutrition, sleep, and exercise as a cause. Take guilt free time off to rest up physically AND mentally. Visit an M.D. for a checkup. Not doing things is also a possible sign of depression. So maybe following up on that could possibly help.
There are many antiinflammatory herbs. You don’t have to use turmeric. Ginger acts quickly. Turmeric is supposed to lower inflammations overall over time. I’m sure you have seen the headlines about turmeric supplements being contaminated with lead and other heavy metals making people who use turmeric a lot sick. It is one of the most expensive brands, but Thorne is known for monitoring their sources for contaminants.
