Do not leave your place. Assuming you have a legal lease the fines are on the owners which probably did this with full knowledge of their HOA rules. Also contact a lawyer.
You bought a house.in this economy???? Shouldve just held onto btc and continued to rent for another year and bought a house when everything corrects.
