You’re aware that anyone can sue anyone or thing for any reason, correct? I could sue you for this comment. But that doesn’t mean anything. The outcomes of the court cases are what matters. Have they ever gone to court to argue they aren’t a news agency and just satire, and no reasonable person would believe what they produce? Because that was Fox’s defense.
