Similar vein: virtually every true Republican I know has no faith in Bo French or most of the county “leadership.” They know one decent candidate who’s slightly left of center, or slightly right of center but believes 1-2 liberal things, can win here pretty easily.

Why do we care so much about the white car? It seems like everything in the King Road area is pretty accessible by foot, i.e. those four people running in the background of the body-cam videos. So why is this car such a focus? If anyone associated with Sigma was involved, that’s a walkable distance. No one would need a car, right?

They did. However, now the structure has to be permitted, which could involve surveys and studies and cost to them. I think since they are going to have nurses at the facility, they need to get state HHS involved too. But now there are rumors from Council staffers that the city might just let them put shovels in the ground without going through the normal steps of any development. That would be a complete bend of the knee, instead of a 3/4 bend.
