I watched it and had never heard of or known that MAGAt, enjoyed Gilroy schooling him and love knowing / learning more about him. That was fun, Gilroy is a great person and an amazing artist.

Makes sense. I have an old account (no longer usable) with high sell and buy numbers but if/when I do need to sell I plan to spend a few months selling silver off to get numbers again.

Hey just got the trigger back from FA and now it’s working flawlessly. There’s no drag whatsoever when charging the bolt, which I could feel before. I’ve only done on mag dump but I’m confident it’s all good now.

I have a home 50 yard range with neighbors fairly close by. 80% of my shooting is suppressed, the only time it’s not is practicing w EDC and / or shotgun otherwise I don’t make much noise and neighbors are fine with it.

Literally massaging the tender areas, the attachments of the quads top at femur and behind the knee, as well as wherever the knee is numb. Its all about flow of blood as well as releasing excess swelling, lymphatic movement and promoting the nerves to awaken/ reconnect. Theres not much blood that flows naturally to the tendons of the body, muscles get plenty of blood but tendons (hamstrings) dont so bringing blood to them really helps as well. I believe its communicating with the body and being very conscious about what youre going through.

That’s an easy search but simply put insertion points are where the specific muscles attach to the bone, the beginnings and ends of the particular muscle.

Honestly that sounds like the root of problem and chickens feeding on your purchased compost is a side effect of the broken circle. Are you composting your home scraps? Annually I have a new compost thats being fed by my household food scraps (including coffee & egg shells) and supplemented by hen house waste plus vegetable matter from the gardens. Then next year that gets spread around my gardens and orchards and a new pile is established.
