I find it strange how petty and defensive the majority of these human construct fanbbots are. It’s ridiculous and unnecessary and those of us being critical are just being downvoted while fanbots pile on. Silly. I agree with you and the other honest person sharing their personal critiques. The show is lacking in so many ways, the producers dropped the ball, the writing and acting is mostly mediocre and the episode lengths are fucking criminal, making us wait 10 damn weeks for 2-3 hours of content. Annoying, unacceptable and frustrating.

There’s a lot a could say in response but there’s no point being pedantic. Overall the show’s direction and actor’s work is far far better than the vast majority of Hollywood. The only reason I brought it up is the fact that OP made a post and point of it. And yeah I really have nothing to gain by pointing any of this out, and it’s clearly my arrogance that prompted a response at all. Keep training folks, be ready for the revolution and remember when a person is ready, they never need to get ready.

As an avid shooter and life long martial artist there’s a lot that I can see which could be better; grip is one, narrow stance is another (her legs are practically crossed so no real support), shoulders and arms look okay.

I agree with you with the exception of intending to be confrontational. I honestly wrote that in preparation for negative responses while seeking people not just blindly hate on the post because it’s critical. Honestly I think it worked and I am impressed with the level headed civil discourse as opposed to completely disdain and disregard. Maybe I was being presumptive and maybe pointing it out kept folks from dogpiling the post. This community really is cool and until this pots felt kind of alone in my opinion and clumped the whole community into lemming behaviour, I was wrong and didn’t know that until today. Also, yes you’re correct on the 50/50’sh split which is clear on the insights for post as far as down and upvotes.

I appreciate that reply, thank you. Honestly the discourse on this thread has been more accepting than I anticipated and I’m grateful for level headed replies. And honestly at 22 minutes an episode it’s easy to have a watch whether I’m enjoying it or only being critical, it could catch me off guard and become something fun and worthy.

Gold
Keep in mind both have the exact same weight in gold, which is why they’re basically the same price and premium. The eagle has some copper in it and because of this it’s a bit more durable but either one is gtg. If you plan to pocket carry the eagle may work better since it’s harder to scratch.

I agree with you and appreciate the civil discourse. I guess I felt the need to connect with other fans of MurderBot who also feel a similar disappointment. The sub is chockfull of happy fans and I wanted to find out if I’m alone in this. I didn’t go into specific details that disappointed me in the post, I have on comments here and other threads. Basically the lack of believable SecUnit capabilities, no drones, too easily breached and fooled, lack of responsive firepower. Also the writing, casting and acting in general has felt lazy and a bit pandering.

Avid reader, big fan of Reynold’s and I could not push past 100 pages of the book. I tried getting into it probably 15 times before DNF and just couldn’t get into it. I’ve read here on Reddit that the 2nd half picks up quite a bit but I couldn’t waste any more reading attempts to get there. So yeah my TBR pile with books ready to read became more enticing than Pushing through..
