I don’t have first hand experience but the way that I see it working is for the political leaders; AOC, Bernie and maybe Jasmine, Corey and others to call for it, call people into the streets. We need civil disobedience. We need to stop the machine and sabotage the gears of society if necessary, which clearly it is necessary. Honestly we need other larger acts of civil disobedience as well but a General Strike opens the tent and is an invitation to every person who feels powerless, frustrated and/or scared. There’s no other way to stop the train from barreling on. At least that I can conceive.

I encourage you to self-massage as much as able, the quads especially and also all the knee connection points and insertions where your muscles begin and end. Get that blood flowing and remind your nerve endings to bring feeling back to the knee. Massage around the incisions as well, not directly on them but lightly around them to encourage other sensations and make sure blood is flowing well to promote the healing.

I dont know what the general consensus is, people who populate this subs seem to be about 50/50 which likely implies a less than enthusiastic overall response.
