Not sure why ur getting downvoted, Empire is symbolically the US without question. Andor is timely, relevant and poignant, people missing the political messages are definitely their chosen truths from current propaganda, not willing to see whats clearly happening.

Ive been taking 2 colace a day and one spoonful of psyllium daily in water. On second day post-op, yesterday morning I had a token shit, not much. Today took 2 solid ones, and by solid they must have been bricks. Ive never clogged a toilet in my home but its clogged now. Lol I have a friend bringing over a snake shortly, plunger and draino didnt do it. Eat as healthy as you can. Lots of protein and fiber (fresh veggies and oatmeal deluxe for breakfast), absolute minimum sugar and processed foods. Only good fats.

I agree on all of that. One thing that brings me even more hope is being part of the firearms communities, on many of them theyre speaking the same. While the majority I right wing voters with ofc quite a few magas theres a lot of unity in this light. People are starting to look beyond left and right.

Well Bernie and AOC are delivering and what we need and deserve. Without them at the front it would seem hopeless.

Ive made a point to be helpful over the years and many have returned the favor. Being a good neighbor is very important to me. I live alone, no partner or children and Ive had envy of yall with partners who can be there every step of the way. Being able to lean on friends and neighbors has been a blessing.

Yes. I walk my dog every day 1.5 miles along the river and tend to my property; gardens, orchards, chickens. I spent the last few weeks chopping wood because I wasnt sure how long my recovery would take and I wanted to be sure I had cured firewood for the winter. I also tilled and planted most of my gardens the last week. I had to stop going to kungfu last year when the pain became intolerable. Looking forward to finding a taichi or kigong community to start with this year.
