I’m sorry for your loss. Years ago I had problems with GAD, so I understand your fear. Your dog will have a beloved family member with them, they will not be alone among strangers. I have not been in your situation, so I can’t give you advice. Would going to the vet with your dog and leaving before the procedure help? Do you take medication that can hep with your anxiety? Do you have a therapist?

Maybe you just took too much for you. That is the nice thing about powders, tinctures, and even weighing herbs. You can experiment with different doses. I usually experiment on a Friday so if I feel out of sorts I have the whole weekend to recover.

But now I’m starting to feel bad for mocking my grandmother… If you have nasty beliefs about older people one day ( if you are lucky ) those will be beliefs that you have about yourself. Those nasty beliefs will make your life miserable. They aren’t quick or easy to get rid of. Sort of like getting a large deeply rooted tree stump out of the ground. This is the destiny of all the nasty haters on Reddit.
