/u/Ashen_canid your husband doesn’t have to get testosterone through shots. Testosterone comes in salves and other forms as well. He should find a doctor who has sympathy for alternative treatments. That way he can try a particular herb and get blood tests to see if it actually raises his testosterone levels. If you two find things proven by medical tests to work you can post your anecdotal accounts here for the rest of us. This subreddit tends to be biased towards women’s issues outside of general herbalism. There are many people who participate in /r/herbalism who do not know what they are talking about and who will talk about it anyway, with confidence. Do yourself a favor and talk to a professional herbalist. These days with telemeetings it should not matter if there is one in your area or not.

Just curious if you had such tests while on those herbs. Maybe your problem wasn’t as bad as his. Maybe your energy levels were a placebo effect.

You could have asked /u/Illustrious_Cash1325 which herbs, which dosages, and what schedules he tried. He might have answered, and we all might of learned something useful. Instead you told him he shouldn’t post here because he didn’t believe in every herbal solution and now like an adolescent you are trying to deny that you wrote what you wrote.
