Always a chance. And even if it is him, they may not have enough evidence. Someone in a similar outfit blocks away isnt guilt. If this guy properly disposed of the murder weapon, and they dont have conclusive evidence tracking his movements to and from the murder scene, building the case against him could be difficult. And thats before considering how hard its going to be to get a non-biased jury to unanimously convict.

You do realize these are exceptions? And now we have come full circle. You do realize that youve literally just agreed with the position I have been articulating since my very first comment in this thread, right? Maybe being arbitrarily argumentative is bad and counterproductive.

I just asked what you mean by normal business. Yet you can’t answer that. I did answer it. Youre not satisfied with my answer, but Im not the one making the argument that all billionaires attained their wealth through immoral means, which is a falsifiable, demonstrable claim that can and should be challenged. By failing to define what you find is normal and moral its clear your are afraid to be wrong in your assessments of these people. If I was afraid, I wouldnt have listed them lol. I am proposing a very simple and very direct litmus test to your claim. If all billionaires attained their wealth through immoral means, then I shouldnt be able to name a single billionaire at all for the challenge. The truth is that you are the one is afraid to take on the challenge and end up being wrong about your assessment that ALL billionaires attained their wealth immorally, and it shows. I wouldn’t call her evil but If you think T Swift has no exploitative business practices, I have a bride to sell you. Name them. This is a silly hill to die on. Unless you believe all methods of making a profit are inherently immoral/evil, it just does not logically follow that all billionaires attained their wealth immorally. Obviously, the average person does not believe all profiting to be inherently immoral/evil. My position is that its irrelevant, and a complete waste of time to focus on that because whether a billionaire attained their wealth morally or not makes no difference on the fact that having that much wealth is the problem regardless. By arguing that their means are always evil, you are implicitly making the argument that a billionaire who could attain their wealth morally is therefore ok. Its not. What we need to be talking about is how the hoarding of that much money is harmful to society, regardless of the means in which it was attained. This conversation serves only as further evidence that focusing on the means only damages our ability to concisely and effectively address the actual problem.

Ive already answered. And again, my position is that its the hoarding of the money that is the immorality that demands focus, not the means, while acknowledging that billionaires may or may not have attained their massive wealth through evil means. It is your position that they only could have attained it through evil means. If thats your claim, explain the evil means through which Taylor Swift became a billionaire. Explain the evil means through which Judy Faulkner and Johnelle Hunt became billionaires. If you cant, then just admit you are wrong.

The both-siding of politics has really been a cancer on our politics, policies, and country as a whole.

Thats certainly the most common way people make money. What would be more useful is if you or any of the other responders wants to define what the evil/immoral acts all billionaires are guilty of other than the act of hoarding that much money to begin with. I just listed 3 billionaires whom I believe attained their massive wealth through non-evil means, so why not begin there? What would be really interesting would be for any of you to detail their evil acts and differentiate it from the non-billionaires in the same industries, down to and including yourselves.

Would he have bothered to go through the trouble of avoiding identification/capture though? Personally if I was dying and felt I needed to do something like this for revenge/justice Id want people to know my story, and Id gleefully get captured just to rub it in the systems face that they only have months to punish me; not even enough time to get to a trial most likely lol. EDIT: then again, maybe its even sweeter to make them work hard for the capture. Spend millions in resources to find me, just to find out once they finally managed to figure it out Im already on deaths door. That would be funny.
